ACCOMMODATIONS:
Galley:
Galley is to starboard in main salon. Two burner Keynon cooktop uses alcohol and electric fuel. Single stainless steel sink. Hot and cold pressure water. Up right, apartment-sized refrigeration unit installed under counter. Built-in GE microwave at counter-top level. Off white Corian-type counter tops with open storage above and white drawers and cabinets beneath. Use of white cabinets in galley gives living area of main salon contemporary and airy feel. Patio door brings outside in and provides easy access to cockpit. Lots of light provided by large ports, lots of privacy provided by blinds.
Main Salon:
Main salon features pedestal dinette table surrounded on three sides with comfortable seating. Pedestal offers cabinet and drawer stroage in main salon.Interior cushions are white fabric material. Valances at windows are blue/green plaid material that matches patio door curtains. Entertainment electronics consisting of TV, DVR player, radio and CD player located near electrical panel at patio door. Cabin sole is carpeted.
Down one step is the head to starboard and two (one forward and one to port) sleeping cabins. Head is large with counter top of the same Corian sytle laminate as in galley, large mirror, ample storage in vanity. Guest stateroom is to port opposite head. The cabin has two single bunk-style berths and hanging locker for personal belongings.
Forward in the vee berth cabin is a large double berth with lots of storage and hanging locker. there is a privacy entrance into the head from the owner's cabin
DECK
Large cockpit with bench style seating along hull. Walk thru transom to swim platform and swim ladder. Green bimini top protects from sun and makes space a usable extension of main salon.
Stairway to bridge on portside of cockpit. On bridge, helm station to starboard with large comfortable seating. Bridge offers complete enclosure with top and side curtains in green Sunbrella. Cockpit cushions. Green Sunbrella covers for seating and helm. Forward of helm to port and starboard is "L" shaped seating for guests. Walk through provides access to fore deck from bridge.
Wheel steering at helm. Instruments at helm include compass. VHF radio, depth sounder and Garmin GPS.
Bow roller with "claw" anchor, chain and rode. Second anchor stored in cockpit locker. Safety and docking equipment included.
