The 36 Formula PC is a sharp looking boat built by Formula by Thunderbird it is of the highest quality, smooth on the water with twin 502 engines (410 hp each) with short shafts and Hurst Transmissions, it has a closed cooling system so it can be used in salt water if you wish, it has always been used on Lake Erie and winter stored inside, it cruises around 24 mph and runs in the upper 30s wide open throttle. The engines have just over 500 hours on them. Entry into the boat is through the transom door, there is a hot and cold wash down on the right side just before entering, as you step in, immediately on the right is your dock line locker and on the left there are two seats that fold out for seating for 4 people, behind the seats are your fender storage and your two 50 30 amp electric cords, also you water hose connection and you cable TV connection, there are also some brakers for your main shutoffs for the electric etc. Looking forward there is storage under the L-shaped lounge and as you step up onto the deck the helms seat is directly in front of you, is it a single seat that can be adjusted to any positions depending on you height and turns easily to talk to you guests that may be sitting on the L-shaped lounge seat, there is a table there to with 4 drink holders built into it. The door to the cabin is on the port side and as you step down to steps you will notice the ice-maker (just rebuilt in 2010) on the portside wall and there is storage under the lounge seat from the front to, before you enter the cabin you will notice there is a lot of storage on the starboard side wall and across the front under the helm, the radar is mounted just to the left of the helms seat inside of one of the doors, you just open the door and there it is. Its a 21x Raytheon radar, on the dash there is a chartplotter coupled with the autopilot, there is a VHF radio with hailer a GPS receiver, and the instrument panel, the auto tabs switch and the anchor windless is on the right along with the microphone for the radio, the depth sounder was new in 2010 and the compass was just rebuilt also, by the way the whole floor in the back raises up to expose the engine room with stainless steel steps to get into the engine compartment, the entry door from the swim platform must be closed and locked in order to raise the floor, as you step down into the engine room on the front wall is the battery charging unit and the batteries are just below on the floor, there are 3 batteries, one being the house battery which is the larger one, behind you is the quicksilver 7kw gen-set and the holding tank for the bathroom as you look toward the back is on your left and the stainless steel water tank for water when your underway (60 gallon) is on you right. It has a Halon system in the engine room. The boat has had all new zippers installed on all the canvas and the strata-glass is in good shape (remember strata-glass can not be folded, it must be rolled), there are screens that can be installed that go completely around the sides and back. As you step down into the cabin through the door the systems panel is on your left along with the reverse heat/air controls, below is a door and opens that has a 10 disk CD changer and TV switches for the TV antenna mounted on the arch and cable TV. As you step down into the cabin the steps open for storage, there is also storage under the floor in two places each probably 4x4x2 deep plus there is storage under the mid-cabin seats on each side plus on the portside wall in the mid cabin is a storage locker plus there are a couple of drawers, on the starboard side is a full length hanging closet, there is a table on the back wall of the mid cabin that can be put down and the cushions added to make it into a double bed with a sliding curtain for privacy, the dining table can be lowered and it will sleep 2 persons also, below the dining table is the built-in vac., there is also storage under the dinette seat toward the front stateroom the rear seat houses the A/C, next to the sink there is a two burner electric stove above the AC/DC refrigerator-freezer and above that is a new microwave just installed in 2010, there is a built-in blender in the counter and on the back wall is the main TV and radio and DVD player. The Head is on the starboard side with a vac-u-flush toilet and there is also a shower. the front stateroom has a queen size bed, there is a full closet on the left and a TV on the wall. On the right is a makeup vanity with a mirror and storage above and below the vanity, there is storage on each side of the bed with additional storage under the mattress and two drawers at the end of the bed. On the front deck is a sunpad and fender racks, also there are 3 hatches with screens and the hatch covers are darkened for sunglare. You can also work the windlass from the front deck with switches for up and down built into the bow deck just behind the pulpit. There is also a dock line locker just behind the windlass. The anchor windlass is all chain. There are 6 jackstands that go with the boat plus a cockpit cover and bow cover and 6 new lifejackets still in there original package.
