1992 30' CATALINA YACHTS 30

This is the newer version of the classic Catalina 30 and features a shallow draft wing keel and a through transom for easy access.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The dinette interior with pedestal mounted table is surrounded on three sides by comfortable seating. The table and counter tops are an off white color Formica. Table drops to make a double berth. Large double berth under cockpit. Forward cabin has vee berth which is comfortable for two. Total sleeping arrangements are three doubles and one single berth. Interior cushions are a contemporary fabric pattern with neutral colors. Grey carpeting covers fiberglass sole. Sit down nav table with electrical panel outboard. Head is forward to starboard. Pressure hot and cold water in sink and shower. Vanity with storage for personal toiletries.
GALLEY:
Two stainless steel sinks with pressure hot and cold water system. Microwave. Cold storage provided by ice box accessible through counter top. Counter tops are Formica in a off white color. Storage outboard of stove for food items. Additional storage under sinks and in drawers.
Catalina mainsail is in good condition. Catalina 150% Genoa for furling system. Sails reconditioned by Sail Care. Single spreader mast is aluminum, painted white. Stainless steel wire rigging.
