1975 30' CATALINA YACHTS 30

ACCOMMODATIONS:
This is a traditional interior with bulkhead mounted table. The table and counter tops have been upgraded to new Formica in "Brazilian Granite" color. The new Formica updates the look of the main salon. Table converts to make a wide comfy sleeping berth. Large double berth under cockpit provides room for guest or family or storage. Forward vee berth is comfortable for two. Total sleeping arrangements are three doubles and one single berth. Interior cushions are a green velour fabric. Green area rugs cover fiberglass sole. Chart table/nav station/electrical panel with battery storage in cabinet beneath. Head forward to port. Air conditioning unit installed in cabinet in galley and vents into large port side lazarette. Air conditioner can be replaced with for front opening refrigerator. Wasbasto diesel heater.
GALLEY:
Princess two burner alcohol stove. One stainless steel sink with manual cold water system. Samsung microwave/convection oven. Counter tops are laminate Formica in a "Brazilian Granite" color. Storage outboard of stove has been raised and opens up counter space. Additional storage under sinks and in drawers.
SAILS AND RIGGING:
Catalina mainsail is good condition. Catalina 110% for furling system. Catalina 135%. Spinnaker (orange, yellow, white) utilizing the spinnaker has been made easy with an ATN tacker. Mast is aluminum. Stainless steel wire rigging. Harken furling on headstay. Block and tackle boom vang. Block and tackle backstay adjuster. Three halyards (main and two jibs) at mast. Two Lewmar 8 winches at mast. Primaries are Barlow 24. Spinnaker gear available but not installed on boat. Spinnaker pole. All lines have been replaced. Mast wiring has been replaced and nav lights are LED.
